RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow these instructions:

• you can log in to your account on our website
• select the order and product you want to return
• click request a return
• if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns are subject to a fee and will be deducted from the total refund:

• Czech Republic: Returns are free of charge.

• European Union: Returns are subject to a 50 EUR fee.

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and attach the return shipping label over the initial delivery label.

Contact the carrier to arrange a pick-up at your convenience, or drop off your return at one of the carrier's access points. You can always contact us for any return question at info@ivanamentlova.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Ivana Mentlova reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the about requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the item(s) have been received.

Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued within 7 business days on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ivanamentlova.com.

For orders outside of the EU, please be aware that if duties and taxes were not included in the product price, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are only collected on behalf of your national tax /customs authorities and are not charged by Ivana Mentlova.
